SOPLAY local reseller or retailer are protected by our warranty policy.
2. Warranty Period 
SOPLAY products carry a warranty period of one to three years which may vary 

according to specific models. You can consult your reseller/retailer for detailed information.
3. Disclaimer 
Under no condition shall SOPLAY be reliable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages due to improper installation, 

misuse, usage not in accordance with product specifications and instructions, or unauthorized modifications.
4. Warranty Service 
Basically, all users should submit warranty cases to your original reseller/retailer which may requires you

 to show the original purchasing receipt. If you lost your purchasing document, 

you may submit your inquiry to us directly. Please write to us with your product name, serial number and pictures if necessary.
